Bitesu India ("we", "us") is a marketplace advertising agency based in Delhi, India. For the personal data described below we decide the purpose and means of processing, which makes us the "Data Fiduciary" under the DPDP Act. This policy covers bitesuindia.com, our enquiry forms and our free Seller Tools. Contact us at contact@bitesuindia.com.
We collect only what is needed for the purpose shown next to each item.

Figures you type into the calculators and analysers are processed in your browser and are not sent to us, unless a tool page says otherwise.
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work. Others recognise your browser so we can count visits and measure whether our ads work. Similar tools, such as tracking pixels, do the same job.

You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings, or with a browser extension that blocks trackers. The site keeps working if you do. To stop us using data from cookies about you, email contact@bitesuindia.com.
Images you upload are stored for 7 days and then deleted automatically. Only people with the link can view an image, so share links carefully and upload only images you have the right to share. We keep your sign-in email so you can return to the tool, and delete it on request.
Photos you upload are checked and re-encoded, then sent to a third-party AI image service to create your image. We delete your original upload as soon as the job starts. Finished images are kept for 7 days so you can download them, then deleted automatically. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we keep only the order and payment reference, amount and date, which we must retain for accounting and tax. Only upload photos of products you have the right to use.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers that help us run the site, such as hosting, data storage, email delivery, analytics and security providers, and only as far as they need it to do that work. They act on our instructions and must protect it. These providers may process data outside India. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Backups may hold data for a short period after deletion. We keep records the law requires for as long as it requires.
We use access controls, encrypted connections, restricted server-side keys and rate limits to protect your data. If a personal data breach affects you, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires, describing what happened and what you can do. Please keep sensitive material out of forms and uploads.

To use any of these, email contact@bitesuindia.com from the address you gave us. We reply within a reasonable time and no later than the law allows. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Our site and tools are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us data, tell us and we will delete it.
If we change what we collect or why, we will update this page and its date. For material changes that need your consent, we will ask again.
